using gear or juice really need help with this bodybuilden

    i am 17 years old and thinking of doing a bit of bodybuilden as i really love the sport but i am not making the gains i need can anyone give me n advice on a age i should do it i am going to do it wen i am 18 but would it just be alri to start using it now i have been lifting weights about 2years

    Follow this advice. Keep it simple. No point doing 101 isolation exercises using dumbbells or machines. Google starting strenght

    if your not making progress at your age and only been training for 2 years you are doing something wrong, either with diet, training, rest or a combination of them. Taking juice will not fix these factors, it would be extremely inefficient to juice and potentially expose yourself to several adverse health effects for minimum gains.

    yeah but i do the juice right i can get advice on it see my diet is very bad i can never seem to stick to it :( or i dont even know how to follow one :(

    No 17 year old should be contemplating gear. If you're genuinely looking for help with diet and training start with the stickies and come back with proper questions.
