Buy from Dinodirect ,think again!

Hi ,
I hope this is in the right place so as to advise/ help other on-line shoppers.
I have ordered a number of items off Dinodirect over the last year, for myself and on friend behalf.
The first few orders were processed a little slow but was expecting this after reading some posts.
The orders Ive placed in the last few months have been very bad . Partially shipped or not being shipped at all. Getting on to customer services is a waste of time .
I got so fed up I tried Pandawill , not lucky there either .I had to open a paypay case to get refund .
So if your prepared to get a few ulcers and hair pulling , order away .
Has anyone similar experiences or did I just pick the UN-reliable company's .

Have to agree. I had a 3 piece order shipped with just one piece.

I see from online help its been reshipped but it could be new year before it arrives. Even then, not holding my breath.

and try AMAZON.UK ,just make sure that an order will be fullfilled by Amazon themselfes.

Hi after over two months I received my Ramos tablet and wrong charger is included,back onto Dino customer support who say "buy one in local store".
No help at all ,even asked for specs for charger , reply don't know .ask local store , unbelievable .
fool me once ,shame on you
