New young care assistant job wanted

Can anyone help me or new help with an elderly person or someone who can't do there normal duties ? I'm nineteen at the moment doing all the modules to be a career I also mind an Alzheimer's patient and my dad who has had his hips done , I'm kind loving and caring .
