Location would be the first place to start, and have a browse here for some suitable candidates, bound to be one or two. Also, if you see a thread with someone looking for similar, it mightn't be a bad idea to find out if they have found candidates unsuitable for their needs that may suit yours. Perhaps they might provide you a username you could PM on your project.
