    same as the earlier ones...

    AFAIK the new format didn't start until sometime early 2000s

    I think the Civil Registration Act 2004 is the one that implemented the most recent changes BMD register details. The original 1863 and 1845 acts are specifically referenced in this, which usually means they are being superseded. Even though marriages appear to be covered by this act, I cannot see the list of details recorded for marriages mentioned in the text, just those for births, death, adoptions etc

    As far as I know, the extra details recorded for marriages include full names of both parents, and maybe dates and places of birth for bride & groom ?

    (additional details re births are detailed in part 1 on the schedule and deaths in part 5)
