Hi, I want someone to wallpaper one wall in a bedroom approx 9ft * 7ft using about 3 rolls in total of themed/picture wallpaper. Has anyone any idea of price I should expect to pay roughly please??

Two rolls should suffice if the width is no more then 2.08m wide.
Expect to pay € 50 to € 100 or a little more if you cross line the wall

Always worth while to line the wall prior to papering, good advice.

Current rate for wallpaper hanging it's between €25-€35, but thats only if there is more than 7 rolls to hang. I think €80 to €100 will be fare price, if cross lining is needed then decorator can't do it in one day and will charge more. Make sure u ask for insurance cert!

I wouldn't cross line the wall unless its required as it has to be left to dry before hanging your wallpaper. Number of problems from papering over just hung lining paper. Unless you want him coming twice then by all means.
If your sizes are accurate then 2 rolls is plenty, the smaller and more common wallpaper size is .5m x 10m, and you'd only need 5 lengths for your wall.
I agree its always a good idea to get an extra roll but not for one wall. 50% extra cost for no need.
Don't get a cheap paper cos you'll regret it, splash out, you only need 2 rolls.
Paper hanger should fit it in a half day and only charge about €80, find someone you know or is recommended to you, and forget about insurance cert. If they have an insurance cert they'd need to be charging far more for their time. If you haven't got a hanger I can recommend one for you. But to do one wall is quite easy so all proper decorators should have no problem.
If you haven't bought your paper yet I can also recommend a new wallpaper outlet that has really nice stuff especially for feature walls.
