Hey got the job to rewire the ford its a big job there is no lights or anything working at the moment I looked under the cover wires going in every direction I am lost it is wrecking my head anyone have any suggestions or diagrams would be helpful I want to get them done before christmas because I have a tractor run. .. !

Saw these manuals for sale on ebay. Might help you

Agree with yessam, get a complete wiring loom while you are at it, get one with labels if you can it will make the job a lot simpler. I can't find one for a 76, but saw this one for a 5000, I imagine it would be a good starting point. If you're buying it make sure you get the alternator version, not the dynamo version.
