    arguing that women leaders are better placed than men to sort out the crises of the 21st Century.

    I found a clip form 1983 on youtube, I didn't know she was the constitutional lawyer who opposed the amendment back then. The one which has screwed up the law here for the last 30 years which she points out in the clip.

    I don't think gender has anything to do with it. You're either a good leader or not, male or female.

    I don't think gender has anything to do with it. You're either a good leader or not, male or female.

    I think part of being a good leader means you have to have expereince at it and learn what your leadership style is and to gain confidence.
    We still live in a world and a country were leaders are assumed to be male and the qualities which are used to describe leadership are ascribed to men more then women.

    We still live in a world and a country were leaders are assumed to be male and the qualities which are used to describe leadership are ascribed to men more then women.
    I completely agree with this and I think it´s good to promote the idea that women can be good leaders too and it´s good to encourage more women to take on leadership roles but saying that one gender are naturally better leaders than the other is not helpful or, I think, correct
