ROS - Submit Form 11

    Trying to submit Form 11 online. I've loaded my digital cert and put my password in but nothing happens.

    Any one else having problems?

    Seem to have got it sorted. Changed payment type and got it sorted

    Glad you have got it sorted Godtabh.


    I am no tax expert but have the following tips having experienced them all myself.

    You need to empty your browser cache.

    Empty your java temporary internet files cache.

    I think (but am not sure) that you have to proceed through the green Form11 tabs on the LHS for the sign and submit to be activated. (I'm really not sure on this one, as it also gives you the option to just sign a form but that wasn't working for me at the time.)

    Have cookies enabled.

    And when it comes to actually SIGN AND SUBMIT having already entered your password, do not, I say do not repeatedly click on the tab with your mouse.

    You just press enter on your keyboard.

    Honestly went though all the steps trying to figure out what was still wrong and this was the only problem remaining.
    A good 20 attempts later, I've a few extra grey hairs!

    All I had to do was press enter!!!

    Good luck to all you last minuters out there. If in doubt the ROS online help by email and phone are incredibly helpful.

    And if you go into the troubleshoot sections on the help at sign and submit, it runs through how to complete majority of the checks.

    Next year I'm definitely doing it earlier.

    Phew!
