    Ok scenario is as follows:

Worker A employed by company B for 6 years

Company B then moves employee to another job in a different location and job last only two months and Worker A gets let go

note: Worker A has signed a new contract with Company B for new position when moved

Does this scenario mean worker A will not now get redundancy for the previous 6 years because he has worked with the company for only a couple of months under new contract?

If I understand correctly, you have worked for the same employer for 6 years. According to the redundancy rules: You must have worked continuously for your employer for at least 104 weeks which you have done.
