    *recommendation!

Did a quick search on this but couldn't find any real answers.

I'm 26 (just!), not overweight, have a good diet and train about 5 times a week (jog, classes at gym, bit of heavy weights)

Thing is I have ZERO energy at the moment. I could sleep all day and it's beginning to get me really down.

I am watching what I'm eating but I'm by no means starving myself and getting a good, balanced diet (LOTS of veg, lean proteins, nuts and wholegrains)
Macros are usually about 45% carbs (or less) and then a fairly even spread between protein/fats.

Would love something to give me a bit of an energy boost!
Any good recommendations for a multi vitamin? (woman here btw, in case the username didn't give it away!)

In my opinion a multi vitamin won't 'cure' you as you say your diet is pretty clean already.

Might be worth getting checked over by a doctor. My other half had something similar a few years back and it was a B12 deficiency which was easily sorted.

I'm not saying that's what it is! Just don't put all your eggs in the multi bit basket!

As said above if you have no energy it might be worth a trip to the docs and blood test, make sure all is good. my OH had iron issues in the past made her tired all the time.

How long have you been training? You say you train pretty hard 5 days a week. Take a full week off or tone down the level of training if you can. A simple recharge of the batteries may be all you need.

If this doesn't work, heed the advice above.

I second this. Your body could just be run down from all the training. Give it a little time to recover and you'll be back in flying form. The break will probably give your training more focus as well. Every 6-8 weeks I drop the weight significantly to give my body a little time to recover.
