Vodafone 3G signal in Waterford?

Has anyone noticed their vodafone 3G internet speed dropping very low or not working at all in the last 24 hours? Gotta figure out if its just me or is it a general problem. Edit.. Seems theres a thread in the Talk to Vodafone section that says its happening all over. Vodafone Forum
