Ideas to Layout New Utility Room - Pictures?

We decided recently to rennovate our utility room. It has been too small and when ironing board was out, or a build up of washing it caused it to looked so cluttered.....The room can not be closed off from back door but would like to use out new space inwards to keep it neat and spacious...

We decided to extend the room by taking out a downstairs toilet and a store room right beside it to give us larger space, however in that space we would still like to put maybe a sliding door type idea that when ironing is been down we can slide back door and unfold ironing board down from the wall.....

I would love a few ideas as to how to maximise this new space best or if there was somewhere I could view good functionally working utility room pictures so I can get a few ideas of what I might like....

I have 2 old style school coat hooks side by side on the wall, got them in Ikea, I hang the ironing board on them and iron wherever I like then.

    Hiya,
If you can post the new room dimensions , detailing where any windows and doors are, it will make it easier to give you realistic ideas. Also what appliances you need to make allowances for and what's on your wish list :)
