PC dead - can I sync my iPhone through my iPad?

    My Dell pc has died of old age. Unfortunately I can't now sync my iPhone through iTunes which was on the pc. Can I do this through my iPad? Sorry for being a Luddite but I can't get my head round how I connect the iPhone to the iPad to sync it.

    No, it syncs through iTunes.

    Nope, think of the iPad as a large iPhone, it does not have the functionality of a PC.
