serious mass gainer i really need advice helpppppp

    hi everyone i have bought a bag of serious mass gainer because i am a hard gainer but i dont understand how to take it how much should i take and when because i cabt understand what it says on the bag and could anyone tell me weather this is good stuff:))) thanks really need help with this and i think it is giving me spots on my face would it do that and is their anyway to stop it :))

    Well I'm not sure you should be taking it if you don't now how to take it but, Mass gainers contain lots of calories so if you find it hard to eat enough calories you can use it. I assume you are eating at a calorie surplus right?

    Use it in a shake with water or milk. It depends on the mass gainer, Usually a serving is 2 or 4 scoops.

    EDIT: Just read some of your previous posts and you have optimum nutrition serious mass. A serving is 2 heaped scoops which is 1250 calories.

    There is no such thing as a hard gainer, you are just not eating enough.

    Eat A MEAL (with meat, carbs and veg) every 2 hours. Aim for 4000cal a day. Drink 2l of milk a day and 3 protein shakes a day. Morning, after workout and before bed.

    By the way ON is excellent quality. But buy the pure whey instead of the sugar filled mass gainer. If you like sugar, eat sweets, cakes and chocolate, they taste better and are probably cheaper.
