EPG has disappeared

    Hi All.

    My young chap came out to me earlier to tell me he couldn't see what channel was on or what programme he was watching.

    I went in to take a look and it turns out the EPG has disappeared. He may have been fooling with settings etc - I don't know. Not working with remote or using buttons on stb

    What do I need to do to bring back or reactivate the EPG?
