I Paid 20euro fora add in the northside people paper i paid for a picture and a parragraph but they only put in a paragraph am i entitled to any sort of fund as i paid for a service and only got half it

If you paid for it and didnt get it then you are entitled to something back or re run the ad etc.

Have you questioned them on it?
