Hi folks

We have a Sky+HD box and in the last few weeks some of the channels were getting a Your box is not getting a satellite signal error (25). But the majority of the channels were working. I was on live chat last night and the agent got me to swap the input cables. I tried this and got the same error but number 29. But now none of my channels work, and I cant access any recorded programs. I have to wait a week for an engineer to come out.

Is there anything we can do to resolve this?
