Evening Flight

Got out yesterday evening for a few hours with some mates.Things started off with about 40 or more duck getting off the pond and flooded field.Some of them came over us and we dropped 2 teal.After that we had a constant flow of duck coming in and we ended up bagging 16 duck between 3 guns.The dogs worked hard and retrieved very well.I had no camera with me so took a few pics when I got home.There are 5 duck missing from the pics.

That's fair going well done make sure you leave some for the end of the season for yourself.

Thanks and there are plenty of duck around at the min,we'll leave some for the end of the season alright.We dont over shoot it.We have only shot that place twice this season.

A quick question,one of the wigeon we shot had a ring from Holland on it so have I to report this to someone and if so who?

well done lad , nice lot for the freezer:D nice looking dogs, how old?and may it continue for ye for the season ,not having much luck with duck here lately there here one min gone the nxt:mad:

Thanks pheasntstalker and family and friends got most of them duck but got out again this evening and bagged another 7.The cocker and black and white springer are 6 now.The other springer is my mates and I think she is about 2.Some places around here can be hit and miss also so I know where your coming from.

Out again this evening with the lads and bagged another 7 duck.A big number of mallard came over us very high at one time.I would like to know where they were heading.Anyway I dropped one of them.The two lads dropped 3 wigeon that came in together and bagged another few between them and we finished with 7 in the bag.
