Hi,

I would like to hear from past brides who went for the complete package with station house kilmessan, which band and photographer they went for? what kind of ceremony they went for? how many bridesmaid they had, their view on mary the florist.

Im getting married there in 2 years just looking for feedback

Might be of some help i had my reception there in 2007.
We didn't go for their package i selected what i wanted moreso.But food and all is amazing,I however didn't really click with their coordinator at the time but i was happy enough to sort out the reception myself i just emailed and still met with the coordinator and just tried to stay firm to my ideas.
We had the great escape for our band im sure i found them on the station house website really good. http://www.thegreatescape.ie/.
I had own florist so didn't need Mary.
We used pat himself on boards.ie for our dvd http://www.ashmoreproductions.com/.
Our photographer was David http://www.capturephotography.ie/.
I had 3 Bms.
We used the hotels wedding car and it arrived 30mins late no apology!!!!!it had got lost.
I was extremely happy with my reception there everything went to plan and i would recommend it to anyone.Hth.

Great Escape are a band that a friend in the music industry recommended for my brother also, very good wedding band he said.
Photographer i'd go with http://laurafaherty.com/ she's done a lot of weddings i've been at around Meath and anything i've seen of her pics are very good.
http://www.flowersbymoira.com/ for flowers, based about 15 mins from the venue for you and won the gold medal at the Chelsea flower show this year.

Great escape are a fantastic band. You will not be disappointed if you book them.

We are getting married here in June 2013. We booked parts of the package but not all.

We did not book their band as we are having Catch 22 play and they are also providing the DJ.

My wife to be's sister is doing the flowers so no need for a florist.

We booked Image House to be the photographer as they were supplying 2 photographers and their selection of albums was much more than the other option. Also i have seen some of their work and they are fantastic.

We are also using the cake maker supplied. I forget hsi ame but he is the only option you have but i have heard good things and we sampled his cakes at their recent wedding fair and it was fantastic. He was also very accomodating to our needs.

We are using the cars and i was impressed with the old rolls royce.

We have a few extra things we are doing and i have to say the hotel has been very accomodating. They have looked after myself and the wife to be very well. We are from the area and she has always wanted to get married there so it was always going to be the Station House but it is a wonderful venue.

We have been for dinner and lunch there both during busy and not so busy times and the food has been gorgeous.

I think the package they offer is fantastic and i know the bans they offer are all very good. We chose not to book the bands on offer as i am friends with a member from catch 22 and i think they are 1 of the best performing acts out there at the moment.

Everything else seemed fine however i will say my wife to be was happy enough to have the florist however she was not too impressed with the arrangements the day of the wedding fair.
