Figuring out rim tape size.

I need to buy rim tape for my back wheel but I can't figure out the sizing on any of the tapes on chainreactioncycles. Never had to buy it before and every tape I click on seems to have a different way of measuring. The tyre size is 700x28c (90 psi) and was hoping someone here would be able to help figure it out from that?

Rim tape width depends on inner rim width, not tyre width.
