2003 corsa 1.7 dti has no power in 3rd, 4th and 5th gears and has a loud humming noise too as if the car all blocked up...
The scan shows up 1 fault p1105 or baro sensor fault which will not clear.
    Anyone able to advise... Ta

The map sensor measures the turbo boost...You need to view the turbo pressure via live data and see what the sensor is out putting.
It should read atmospheric pressure (around 1000 millibar) with ignition on.

There should be a correlation between what the MAF see's and what pressure is picked up by the BAro / Map sensor when driving on boost. If that doesn't happen then a fault code is produced. In your case, and given the fact that the car is noisy, I would look for leak in the intake pipework.
