I connected up my Triax 212 to a 9 yr old Toshiba (14inch) tv with one scart and hooked up the aerial as shown in the manual. Saorview comes up with Database Empty after the search. (I have an aerial booster plug which I needed in the analog set up.) One of the two other tv's in the house has inbuilt Saorview, the other tv is using another Triax 212 and has all channels picked up, has anyone any ideas what might be wrong or any advice please?

Are all the feeds from the same aerial?
Is it an internal or external aerial?
Have you tested that Triax212 at the know good TV point?
What is the aerial booster plug?

All feeds are from same aerial, external aerial. The booster plug is a small white one which I used and had we had a system for recording from tv to the pc. It has two feeds one side and one the other side, I'm goin to take a closer look at that today.

Check the 'feeds' that you haven't got the input cable in the output etc..
