Gort RFC 10K run

Took part in the Gort RFC 10k run last Sunday, tough enough course, lots of climbing or seemed like that to me anyway.I thought it was well organised, 2 water stations on the course and plenty of energy drinks/water and bananas afterwards all that and a nice teeshirt for €15, good value. Highly recommend it for next year.
