    Hey,
I've a quick question for any of you guys in the know. I've recently begun screenprinting. I'm still only at the stage of layering two maybe three colours.

I was looking around the internet and some examples of screen printing and I found this guy, Tylor Stout

My question is, How is this guy making such detailed prints? Some of the prints have a lot of different shades and colours. Is he using a different silk screen for each colour?
Is it a case of he's designing these in something like illustrator and printing them out in one go?

I'm just really confused to how these are produced. I'd love to be educated.

    Thanks in advance.

I'd say you're right about using illustrator, a different screen for each colour and it could be 6-8 colours used !
