    does anyone know of any rugby players who do a diary or fitness blog.

    id be interested in what fitness and what he would eat from day to day.
    ok no every rugby player is the same prop 125kg+ and a winger 90kg- 95kg.

    doesnt need to be rugby but any sports will do, doubt soccer players do much weights but what they eat would help me out.

    any help id be happy with.
