Does anyone know where I can buy the Roscommon herald in north Dublin or on the north side of the city generally? The current saga about Roscommon county council spending €18 million of borrowed money on a palatial new hq is worth watching. Could minister hogans's decision to ok this huge loan prove his undoing?
