English Language TV in Germany

    I've just moved to Hamburg and I'm trying to find out what my options are for English language TV over here. I've checked out the various different service providers here and their international language packages leave a lot to be desired; they don't seem to offer much beyond news channels.

    What channels can I legally access with a dish (FTA) and how would I go about setting such a system up?
