They are ordered direct from the publishers. I have seen a few trade pricelists and there does not seem to be not much of a margin. However, I don't know if there are further discounts on the trade prices.

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

There are a few online suppliers , got in trouble last year for late delivery and didn't give the whole concept a good name
