You'd be surprised, you could manage the most of it yourself with allen keys.

But if you aren't willing to give it a lash, then Siopa Rothar on Johns street (Just down from St Johns Cathedral). Or TriBikes out in Raheen (Up from the hospital off the next roundabout if Im correct?) Its a small building tucked behind a furniture shop. Keep looking left if you're coming from hospital side.

    Hi thanks for reply!
Am to be honest i wouldnt be comfortable with the gear shifting set up or tightening the stem as the handlebars are carbon and supposed to have a tool which indicates torque? i think thats right. yup i know those places alright. there is a place in kilmallock are they any good?

As long as you don't go off rounding the bolts it shouldn't be of any problem. You could always youtube it, theres videos of pretty much anything you could possible want to do out there.

I haven't had any experience with them TBH. Someone else here might though? If you're looking for your bike fast I reckon TriBikes might sort you out on the same day. Siopa Rothar tends to be a bit busier.

I've taken my bike to Cycling Pursuits in Patrickswell for repairs, recommended. There's contact info on the associated club page http://www.cyclingpursuits.ie/

Personally I would not recommend Cycling Pursuits. If Cycling Pursuits is ran by the same guy who used to run the same store in Limerick City I'd recommend staying well clear. I know several cyclists who have had issues while dealing with the store.

kilmallock cycles is a great shop,I pass out alot of shops to go there. When going from limerick drive into kilmallock until you get to castle in middle of street and take immediate right the shop is beside a car park. Any gear I want I buy there , if he doesnt have it i find it online crc or wiggle then get him to order it and always cheaper..
