I need a decent set of insoles for my shoes as I'm working at something that requires 10+ hours a day standing up.

    Any suggestions?

Have you been told you need insoles? Or do you think you need insoles?

If so what reasons other than being on your feet all day guides you to insoles?

My recommendation would be to go to a podiatrist or physiotherapist to get properly assessed IF you do in fact need them. If your feet are tired after being on them all day, you just need to rest them. Insoles can make the muscles in your feet lazy and perpetuate problems.

Decent, comfortable, structured footwear will also make a difference.
