New weight bench,now what??

    Alright lads,
    As the title says i bought a new weight bench.Im just wondering if anyone has a program to start with.Went out last nite and did the following:
    10x5 30kg press
    10x5 10kg one arm rows left and right
    10x5 fly 10kg each side.

    I,m trying to lose weight but dont want to look thin.Going to alternate between weights Mon,Wed,Friday and cardio Tues,Thurs,Sat.
    Current weight 16.5 stone.I had a thread here a good while back but due to different circumstances i stalled at 16.5 so now im back at it.
