Out on Friday October 26th - Irish horror-comedy Stitches.

Directed by Conor McMahon and starring Ross Noble in his first film role.

Crude, violent and hilarious is how it's being billed.

Saw this at Movie Fest - Thought it was brilliant.

Though the death scenes where thought up first and then the story around them - so the plot is a bit silly :)

Yeah saw it there too. The death scenes are brilliant, everything around them is a bit rubbish but the gore and humor really elevates the movie. Worth watching if you're into this kind of thing.

Just saw it, thought it was great. I like Ross Noble, he was good in this, and the gore and jokes really made it worth watching.

Funny, gory and well worth checking out I think.

The various deaths throughout were the highlights for me.

Ya echo what everyone else says. Saw it last night the gore is brilliant and funny. Some good characters too. Noble was very good. If you want something silly fun and light hearted I'd go see this.

The trailer looks good. Should make a nice bit of Halloween viewing.

This is up on Irish netflix and I really enjoyed it.

I watched it awhile back and thought that it was terrible. A poorly made film with a story built around a few, not all the inspired kills. It's pretty much a generic American slasher only stupider and with some gaping plot holes.

Way to take the fun out of it

Saw it on netflix recently. I thought it was ok, but I think I'm much more forgiving of Irish films mistakes, but still it had some good scenes let down by some half arsed stuff in between.

I thought they seemed to put most their effort into the gore and special effects around killings and they looked really good, easily on a par with higher budgeted films from the UK and US. Outside of those films it got a bit disjointed.
