About to order taps from this shop over the phone, has anyone any experience in dealing with them either first hand or over the phone? Good or bad?

    Cheers

Just had a delivery of full bathroom suite from them last week, however went into the shop and ordered everything no issues.
They are based in Robinhood industrial estate just of Long mile road

I bought a bathroom suite from them earlier this year. No problems at all and I found them nice to deal with. Delivery was on time too.

They don't take credit cards though, which is unusual in this day and age.

Loking to order some taps off them. I was on their website last night and it's extremely competitive so i thought I'd ask here first to see if anyone else had any dealings with them.

I'm obviously wary of giving my card details over the phone to pay for the goods. If it was paypal or something there wouldn't be any issues.

Took a look at their website, they dont have any known brands of sanitaryware or brassware, so if you have any service or warantee issues where do you go, my advise is buy a brand with back up, as the saying goes buy cheap.. buy twice :)

I am currently building and will soon be at the stage of picking bathroom suites. Any recommendations would be appreciated also. I am in Co. Kildare.

    Its not that uncommon nowadays.

A fair few places have stopped doing credit cards and lazer card payments.

All their stuff comes from Aquastyle Bathrooms I believe, who I understand are a distributor/wholesaler. I asked them as I was fearful of same issue. Didn't buy from them in the end.

Seems to be a few wholesalers doing this, like Canadia flooring with their "Mulvey's" retail places.
