well im using along with a diet and training program that i have being following.

    I was 96kg with 25% body fat

12 weeks on I am 82 Kg with 13% body fat

however, my programme has changed now im back lifting heavy and tryin to get some more definition after being on the circuit program for the past 12 weeks.

my Aim now as I said is to become more defined and maybe achieve body fat % of 10.

In the entire day im taking approx 5 servings of the ON whey protein.

5 Portions! That's what 120g of protein from supplements? Do you eat any other high protein foods? Any meat, cheese eggs etc..??

Post up your diet and we'll see.

What are your macros? Ie- grams of fats, carbs and protein each day?

You eat so little fat it's extremely worrying. I don't understand why you need all that protein?

That's just the diet I was given to cut body weight and fat . And it worked so back lifting heavy now to get definition?? Advice?

I'd get some fish in there and also some good fats from nuts, fish oil, avocado.
As for ON whey, I think its the best i've used in terms of quality and taste.

I take cod liver oil and multi vitamins if that's any good?

Do you think diet is good for stripping fat etc?

He is eating 1g protein per lb which is a nice target for most to hit who are training.

Thought exactly the same thing. Eating all that protein won't make the slightest difference jim.

As GG mentioned you're neglecting fats & possibly cards. This diet might backfire on you & leave you losing a lot more muscle than desired.

Once the powder has over 70g protein per 100g it really comes down to price and taste. ON is a little more expensive that some other products but it does taste good and that can be worth the extra few quid.

In terms affecting weight loss/muscle gain, it doesn't matter which brand you take any more than opting for Avonmore over Premier milk. It's just food, like.

    I highly recommend it

It's the best selling protein supplement for a reason, you won't go wrong with any of ON's products to be honest.

i'm not sure how the lifting heavy relates to definition.
Getting definition means getting low body fat. If your numbers in the OP are correct you need to lose about 3kg of fat to get to 10%. This will get harder and harder on such low calories. I'd start adding some healthy fats on top of your diet.

Seriously, you honestly think that's one of the worst diets you seen. It's lacking fat, but is still better than the overwhelming majority of diets posted.

People make too big a deal out of protein from whey. If he was eating 3 100g breast fillets instead of every shake, people would call it better, despite the macros being the same.
If he adds in some decent fat and keeps a 500 cal deficit, his macros will be pretty good imo.

Have to agree with Mellor there.
It's far from the worst diet I've ever seen.

OP, your evening meal with 200g of potatoes, veg & chicken isn't bad at all.
Some of your other meals just need more balance.

Particularly that first meal of the day after the gym.

You should be trying to get protein & carbs into you after training, not just protein.

You could have 75g of pasta or potato along with the shake & cut back to 125g/150g potato in the evening meal.

You need to get more healthy fats in aswell.
This will help promote testosterone production as its a steroid hormone which is based on fat.

Try to have 1/2 an avocado with lunch & maybe put 2 tbsp olive oil on your green veg with dinner.

ON whey is nice, it's just expensive.

As a previous poster has said, as long as its over 70% protein & you can stomach the taste, I wouldn't be too worried on the brand as most of it comes from Glanbia anyway.
