Hey everyone,

For a college assignment we were all told to set up a Stock Trak portfolio account. I have no previous experience with the stock market before and was just hoping some of ye could give me some tips or advice on what to look out for or what companies ye think I should invest in. I have 500,000 dollars to invest with and 250,000 must be done within 2 weeks. I am open to all comments and suggestions. Thanks very much for reading and i hope some of you guys can help
