Velux solar blinds - not working

Cant get solar blinds working
I just bought a house with 3 solar velux blinds. The remote was missing. I bought one on ebay but cant get it working.

The instructions talk about a reset button on the blind itself but I can't find one anywhere? I looked in where the power pack in and don't see any button?

Any help appreciated!

The battery may be dead,as they only tend to last around 2-3 years...(depending on the amount of times used).

The reset button is on the remote and also on the inside of the blind (battery compartment).

If you press the "black button",then the blind will reset itself.Pressing the button on the remote will also reset the remote too.

You may need a new battery though (depending on age).

Best to contact Velux HQ in Dublin and ask.Get the serial number off the blinds and quote the numbers to Velux.

You need to pull the solar battery pack out to access the reset button inside of the blind.

DO NOT unplug the battery though.

And use a sewing pin to press the reset button on the back of the remote.
