Open comps on Sat 27th

Hi all,

Just wondering do you know of any open competitions on Sat coming. Have checked golfnet but doesn't seem a whole lot there and maybe some clubs arent registered on it.

Don't know your handicap but there is an Intermediate Scratch Cup on in Druids Heath that day. I'm on the timesheet and you and any others are wecome to join me.

That must be a club secret, don't know how non members are supposed to know about it as don't see mention of it on the gui.ie website or on the club's own website. It's a course I've yet to play but unfortunately I don't qualify to play in the Intermediate, have they a Junior Scratch Cup the same day by any chance or have they had one previously?

Regarding the OP, according to gui.ie there's an open singles on in Rathcore @ €20 or Rathsallagh @ €25 Have only played Rathcore once in a gale force wind accompanied by torrential rain so thinking of giving it another go although always like playing Rathsallagh but it's that bit further away.

The promotion of events is one thing I am going to bring up at the AGM!!
They had a Junior Scratch cup a few weeks ago... Sorry!
