Corolla Verso Driver's Window Regulator

    Hi all,

    So my driver's window regulator mechanism decided to give up today. The motor works fine but the actual X-shaped mechanism doesn't pull the window up or down and the window just sinks to the bottom.

    I've disassembled the mechanism and took it out and I can clearly see that the motor is fine but it's just the mechanism itself.

    The last time I used it I heard a crack so I reckon one of the pins is gone where the X-shaped mechanism connects to the semi-sprocket.

    Does anyone know where I could buy one of these mechanisms in Dublin? I've tried ringing around to car breakers but non of them are working today.

    Would a mechanism from an Avensis suit? They look almost the same.

    The car is a 2005 Corolla Verso.
