Don't knock these name changes/system changes we all pay big bucks for this to happen and it keeps certain people in jobs.

we'll all know jobs are a good thing,
    if you have one

Who comes up with these names. We've had Tus, Solas, and now here comes Intreo.

Does seems rather ridiculous that they cant come up with a single entity to deal with employment and training, rather than having all these services operating together. Seems to be no joined up thinking. Then again, it's the public service. Couldn't run a piss up in a brewery. And not a qualified career adviser in sight.

I like this bit from the examiner

'The penalties for refusing to adhere to the terms of the social contract, such as failing to keep appointments or disclosing changes in means, results in an incremental cut in payments. '

Hopefully it will work and those 'failing' to engage will have their benefits actually cut

I'm sure those who dont turn up for interviews will have very good excuses i.e. the cat died, my alarm clock didn't work etc.
