Missed signing day, what do I do

    Just seen that Wednesday was my signing day and I had it down for next week,

    I've rang my local social welfare number a huge number of times but no reply,

    What should I do?

    I was about to collect this weeks payment but will that not be there now? Money should have been there Wednesday anyway and that day was meant to be signing day so would I be ok?

    I'm worried about next week tho,

    This weeks money should be there but make sure you collect it in the morning, then you need to go into the office and sign on late as soon as possible. There may be a delay in receiving next weeks payment because of this now.
    Ringing the SW office is rarely beneficial in my experience. Always best to go into the office, especially since you would have been going in anyway to sign on.
