Bristol for a day

I'll be spending a few hours on a Friday in Bristol soon and was looking for some ideas of things to do from people who have been before? I have read a few bits online and know about the Arnolfini and the Brunel's SS Great Britain but I don't want to miss anything else that is a must-see :) Thanks!
