foundation cost?

    Hi all, im building a 2 story house in county galway,could you tell me how much the foundation would cost now a days? The size of the foundation is 126.50 sq m. im havin a fella lookin at it soon but just want to have a figure in my head. Thanks

    Assuming the following:
    1.) Site Prep is Complete
    2.) Foundation will be designed to hold a 320 - 350mm cavity wall above floor level
    3.) Good Ground conditions with the need for Solid Rising Walls to be 900mm high

    You are looking at approx. € 37 - € 40 (+VAT) per running metre of strip. This includes for Excavation of the foundation, cart away of excavated material, pouring of blinding and concrete and placing of 1 layer of Mesh

    im interested in this one myself as i was quoted a large price for the foundations for a house i am possible building its a 316sq dormer bunaglow so it has a large foundations and i was looking into doing a passive slab foundation. so very interested to see what is said.
