Lights in Estate

The lights in our estate for the past two nights have not come on, I don't think it could be that all the bulbs have blown at the same time! As far as I am aware the estate has not been taken over by the Council as it is still unfinished - does anyone know who we should contact about same?

    Thanks.

I'd try either ESB as they provide the electricity or the builder who should be paying the bill.

Is there a management company - there should be.

Has the MC been paying the ESB bill?

Have the owners been paying the MC?

No Management Company in place and don't think the builder has any money!

contact ESB, waiting to hear back from them. Also rang the local Council Office they didn't think the Estate had been taken over but said they would log the call and see what happens. Not too bad if it happened in the summer but its pitch dark outside without some street lights and not very safe without them.
