    hi people
    last night i started back (easy) training with a short run, this year was my first year at duathlon and i did 4 in total, have to say i really enjoyed them. going to try do them again next year and a few more and want to start my training now, first race is in jan. anyone have any training programmes i can follow or recommend to me, i know i have to improve my core strenght over the winter and want to add this in to a training plan.
