Hey everyone.

Looking at a possibly buying a house in Marino at the moment. Everything is fine except there is no driveway, and the footpath has a tree and a drain (large square main drain) in the centre area outside the front boundary wall.

I wonder would anyone know if it is likely that either the tree could be removed, or shore could be moved, (or even lowered), should I wish to install a driveway.

Not sure which would have more chance of successful application;
dip the kerb and remove the tree... or dip the kerb and resurface the drain??

Also a bit unsure about the application process, in terms of cost etc.
Other people on the street have put driveways in, but I can't see any where a tree or drain has been moved.
