I am glad you took it in the spirit it was given.:)

I have watched my son make all sorts of models replicas ect, through 3-4 years of college, and I can tell you......exact replicas take hours and hours and hours...............and money too.:)

I cant see an option for you in 2 weeks to be honest, but good luck.

    Thanks all the same!

Maybe a crash helmet and a boiler suit would do it . . .

I'd say a white painter's overalls with big boots and lots of 'insignia' and bits of white hosepipe sewn on, and the largest, roundest helmet you can find would probably do it. The helmet is going to be the difficult bit, papier mache on a wire mesh frame to make a spherical shape would be the way to go, but between allowing it to dry and painting it you would barely have time.

You can go for a 'kinda look' which most of the time is perfectly acceptable, people accept a suggestion and go with it, or as Kadman says you can spend loadsa money and a lot of time trying to get perfection.

I would build an inner suit first, use that as the frame to give shape and bulk to the outer suit. The outside fabric is essentially a white gore fabric.
I have a Dupont Tyvex XL suit that you can use as the outside fabric if you want it. It will require modification but it can give the look and texture you are looking for.
