I presume you need a DC output?

What output voltage ir required, and what type of input socket is on your scales? 6volt, 9 volt etc? If you can post a picture of the plug/socket it would help. Or google "Maplins" electronics

    Radionics should have them too.
    Check DC Voltage required.

Or a Power Pack would do.

Anyone know where I could find a Power Pack to replace using a 12V battery

I have seen garage owners run a 12 volt car radio from a battery charger,to have music in the shed, dont know how safe it would be to hook one up to your scales!
would a small handy battery from either a quad bike or a childs little battery power car (the kind the child sits in) do the trick? if you try the charger, and it fry's your scales, your on your own!

Can the scales makers not help?
