Hey
Does anyone use Turnitin for assignments? I have to use it for a few projects this semester to test for plagiarism but I find it very confusing. I had a full paragraph from a dictionary explaining the title and its put this through as plagiarism even though I have the reference in a footnote at the bottom of the page and the paragraph in "these". Is there any way to stop this?
And also its marking me up for other colleges assignments using the same reference. :(
Any help greatly appreciated :)

you'll always get some similarity. just make sure you have a reference
