    We're just about to start the house-buying process, and would be grateful if anyone could recommend decent surveyors and solicitors in the North Wicklow or South Dublin area.

    We'll need a full structural survey, and a solicitor for purchase only.

    Colm O'Coughlan in tallaght is the cheapest i found when looking for conveyancing earlier this year, prices range from solicitor to solicitor so shop around.

    Can anyone recommend a good professional person to do a structural survey?
    Someone on here sent me one but I would really like a few to get some quotes.
